just wait for the untethered jb for 5.1. It shouldn't be long.

You can still use the tethered jailbreak if you're in such a hurry but it sucks imo.

tethered jailbreak only sucks if you suck and let your phone die. i dont and there for have never had to reboot and do all the shit you have to do with tethered jailbreaks.
