i really want to do this but im pretty sur enimh souls are just huge
you have to chisel out the front of the soul cause nimhs just have to toe totally cut out
bottom and all so the soul is just raised up inside.
ill put one together right now actually...

yes, supposedly you need to do some minor drilling or something. i asked a long time ago to some guy who put nimh souls onto razors boots. anyway, yeah.

The gap between them really isn't that big. I put them on some cults I had to check them out. You do have to do some shaving, you'll see if you try it out. It's pretty straight forward.

i was thinking if one was to cut the nimh souls like people used to cut the widebodies, you could get the benefits of the nimh soulplate but not have it look goofy


personally i am just rocking nimh's right now

but there are so many good deals on the classic cult boot that i might want to one day do this


i would just directly import the soulplate onto the boot though. i wouldnt care about the looks because those things will skate like a fucking dream

i went out and skate so i was lazy
no pics
but i have it fitted together right now
you could easily take away a good amount of the wrap around off
theres a good 1/8" gap between the boot all around the toe are and behind the heel
its not too significant actually.
would be a great skate

I think I am going to try the new Nimh soles when they come out because they look to have a backslide plate. As said before, slight modification will be needed though.

Not mine but look well with Nimh souls and the gaps not too bad.

Don't think the Small Nimh Soul would fit on a US8 Classic Razor boot without some hefty modification. US8 boot is considerably wider than the US7.

I put the smallest 6-7 NIMH souls on size 9 m12s, fit really well, still looks big though. You have to shave down a little of that wing thing on the side of the boot in the back and the place where you used to be able to attach a power strap. The cult boot is similar so I'm guessing it would work the same?
