View Full Version : uh oh.... i have eulogy's that are making the DOLPHIN noise
I heard people talking about this in another post.... i'm hoping its just a weird axel or something, but my first session on the eulogies- only 1 wheel (front left) started dolphin-ing throughout the whole session. i felt like it was rolling a little slower too but maybe that was all mental. either way, im going for another roll tomorrow gonna take it out, clean the bearings / axel and see how it rides.
I think dolphins are using rollerblade wheels to send communications around the world about a dolphin uprising...

I've never heard any of my wheels make a noise like a dolphin. You guys are rollerblading wrong.

i was thinking / hoping it was a bearing too... but the bearings are pretty much brand new.. who knows. i dont mind noisy skates as long as they go fast. but im afraid the extra friction is gonna wear it down quicker.
what time at culver tomorow dan? and is that a park? you know i dislike park but maybe i'd be down

The noise is produced by the rubbing of the bearing and the core.

ahhhh that makes sense... as in, the bearing slipping in the core? like the wheel rotating around the bearing a bit instead of the bearing being sealed tightly to the core.

If they are, get in touch with Isaac some how and he will send you a new set.
I've had it happen to two sets. I figured it was because of the way I had to put on xsjados.
