Depends how far the suspension is compressed. Do you do lots of gaps or just tech stuff?

Not really. I am about 6'1" 240 lbs and 32 years old. I have enough Fiziks to last forever but prefer them for park. Not much in way of gaps, but skate a little street. Enough that my set up with Cozmo 55mm is not that fun on street. Too much speed, get caught on ledges even with the night hitchhiker blocks.

Suspension frames just take a lot of wear and tear off my body. Even a 2 hour park session with fiziks as opposed to freestyle/anit set ups in park and I feel about %75 less wear and tear on knees, ankles, and back.

If you're that big don't go over a 56, you will be bottoming them out for sure and anything bigger than 56 will hit the boot/soulplate. It's fairly easy to just add some wheelwells though.

Personally I wouldn't go with the Suspensions at all, they loosen up a lot after a little while, even for little people, and the arms start moving side to side. It's not a big deal at first but pretty soon you land and your skate is veering off towards home and it messes you up. Eventually the arms get loose up and down too, which makes for awesome clop-clop-clop blading.

fuck those frames. I would have to tighten my bolts before every session, and a couple times throughout the session. I skated flat, all in all i didn't feel any better in them then i did in any other frames.
