The Remedys are good... Rode them flat, was fun. Did soulgrinds. Did Airs. Spins. Carved the bowl switch/swith fakie like never before. Wheels are quite fast and I didn't ride flat for two years, great experience.

Not shure if they will be mine for too long, since they are a little (just atiny bit) too large for me. I may put them on eBay some time soon, not shure yet... Maybe I should keep them, but yeah... Makes not much sense if they're not my size...

Afternoon Fagz. Back from Nantes and its Galdiator contest.

Cudot won (flat spin 540 back royale transfer on a sub box being his final trick, chucker spinning all over the place as usual).

I think we drunkenly fought the previous night too, before he destroyed a fellow rollerblader's car and jumped on a bus roof.

Nothing is too clear in my mind actually, didn't eat anything all week-end beside a toast on Sunday morning. But I drank a lot.

All I can add is I didn't like that little trick of yours, deprivating myself from a long awaited break on Be-Mag was crual. Really.

you didn't tell me that before ;) but yeah skated them and I'll be fine with the forward flex, took the velcro straps off because they don't do shit, I'd rather lace them tighter in that area
they could get softer on the side flex, that would be nice. I'll break them in more :P they dig into my shin on any bs plate/topside trick, but I guess that will disappear once I get used to them
and like I read in a few places, they are very snug in the heel, one more thing to get used to

also, I feel like a rich asshole skating those, while there are kids skating wobbly old remz or trs' at the park... :lol:

3 months no skating+wooden skates= edit fail!
each year I'm planning to make a profile, but never have a camera :( and there's only one reliable skater who actually wouldn't lose clips and all that usual rollerblader stuff... if he gets a camera (possibly) I'll film a profile
but once I get used to those skates, I'll ask my skateboarder friend to film a few clips just so I can post them for you Fagz :oops:

@ sadi: they will probably become a bit less stiffer if you skate them regularly. But believe me, they were like concrete when I got them. I noticed the digging on the shins, too. That got a lot less annoying after three or so sessions, so no problem on this part.

I think I noticed the lack of forward flex of TEH CARBZ after I tried the Remedy... ;)

Then the actual contest on Saturday, followed by the official after party which should be quite serious too.
