Yes. Your body most likely needs more Glucosamine and Chondroitin as they rebuild the cartilage in between the joints. You can get this at a pharmacy(spelling?). Also, try eating less cow based dairy products as they may dry out your cartilage. Omega 3 and 6 are also good for sore and "squeaky" joints, so eat more fat fish for omega 3, and almond/walnut/soyabean oils have plenty of omega 6. Also, turkey ;)

Dude, it's way different here, no "free" college like in Poland. But I'm guessing making enough money at your age to live on your own can be much harder where you reside, so it propably evens out.
