throw a little bit of grinded/minced beef into a pan with a little margarine. Add salt and pepper and put the meat aside when its done cooking.

finely chop the shit out of 2 carrots, an onion and a garlic clove.

add 4 table spoons of olive oil to a preheated pan (turn it up to about three quarters from max) and get those carrots a good 3-4 minutes in the pan before throwing in the onions. Let it all soften up (it should all be covered in oil and not burn) for about 2 minutes before adding the garlic. dont leave it for more than 30 seconds to a minute. Burnt garlic FTL

add 1 can of chopped tomatoes and sprinkle some oregano over that ishhhhhhh

add the meat and let it simmer for 4-5 minutes. serve with spaghetti and whatever the fuck you want. parmesan cheese, fucking delishsssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

I went downstairs to find that I had turned on the wrong burner for my tea kettle and had set the top of my stove on fire. Got to use the fire extinguisher, but now I have to clean everything up and deal with taking shit about it from my roommate.

the masterplan was to do an illusion fakie 270 unity cess on the funbox, tried it out going pussyspeed for a couple of times. Then I tried to do a regular unity cess over it first, did so and managed to land fakie with both skates doing ao toeroll. I have no idea how this happened and I thought I would ride out of the trick, but instead I fucking dived against the pavement. It was all cool, didn`t hurt at all.

Haha, well, not really. I don't think its going to happen (more likely to get hit by a car etc.). Its more that it would be the worst way I could go. Knowing you're gonna die for a long time while being strapped to a seat with a shitload of people screaming their guts out is one of mye biggest fears.

Kent, I'm totally with you, dude. I am terrified of flying and avoid it whenever I can. It scares me more than anything. Can't sleep for days in advance.

When I do have to fly, I go to the doctor before hand. If you explain your situation, you should get same valium or other downer that will mess you up good on the flight. I popped 3 pills before I flew to Kos last summer, the flight was actually totally amazing. And usually I'm scared shitless from takeoff till landing.

i went snowboarding/hiking with a friend today and we tried a new route cause we heard there was still some good snow there.
we walked/snowboarded for 6 hours and the way down was more exhausting than the way up.
700m up from the lauchernalp ski resort to the petersgrat and a 2000m descent past the mutthorn/tschingelhorn, over the tschingelfirn and down to stechelberg (in case you want to google some pics).
shit was epic and there was some good snow but considering how strenuous the descent was it wasn't really worth it.
i'm dead now and i have a sunburn on my neck.

Here's a view of some neighboring islands. St. Eustatius is closest, then there is St. Kitts and Nevis. You're supposed to be able to Montserrat on clear days, but I dunno if it can be seen here.

St. Eustatius (Statia) is sketchy. From what I hear it's a lot like Saba, but it's less environmentally healthy, and they have an oil refinery and get a lot more tankers in and out, which probably means drugs and shit. Oil from Venezuela gets trafficked from island to island until it's considered Dutch property b/c of how many different boats it's been on or something, then it gets sent to the US. The oil tankers also like to take a short cut through 'Saba Bank', the worlds 3rd largest coral reef, which is being overfished and damaged by the tankers traveling over it illegally. It's only a few miles south from Saba, but the dive boats don't take people there :( I don't know if it's b/c it's farther, the dive sites are too shitty w/dead coral or whatever or what.

I tried to royale 450 out to flat (maybe 3.5-4 foot drop) this hip and I landed solid but for some reason I fell forward. This is where I fell on my left hand and bent 3 of my fingers all the way back and tweaked my wrist a little bit.

I still haven't determined if they're broken. However I can still move them fairly well (albeit with a lot of pain). I'v been keeping them in this brace since I got home last night. It seems to help.
