She tormented him during the break up by acting really happy on facebook and acting like she was picking up the pieces from the relationship, though she was the one that fucking made my friend's life a living hell.

He went on vacation, and some guy saw her playing a videogame from the street (she had her window open) and he came upstairs into the apartment, and left a note to add her on that gamer site. They were talking the whole time while my friend was visiting home for a week and when he came home, she said she wanted to be independent. It got to the point where she was talking to him on chat infront of my friend and mocking my friend. It was pretty bad.

The best thing you can do is to leave the memory triggers. Move out. Throw out everything. You have to rid yourself of this cancer that is growing inside you by deposing of anything that can be a memory trigger. My friend had to leave Seattle because the whole city was a trigger for him. Move back in with your parents for a few months or find a life somewhere unexpected. You are only totoring yourself by having a face book. don't make htings awkward by just removing her. Just delete your facebook and it'll be gone. I'm much more active since I've done that.

Start a new refreshing life. Get a new kitteh to post in the kitteh thread.

While defriending her might be a bad move if you guys are trying to stay civil, you should definitely avoid lurking her facebook, and take her off your newsfeed since she'll undoubtedly keep showing up. Better for your head. + keeping your interactions to an in person basis (or at least speaking on the phone, no text!) makes it more real and harder to do/say fucked up things to each other.

In break-up news; I had a really good day today. Wrote some lyrics that I'm very pleased with, the band and I made a tune for it. And I actually sing it, lolz. I had the need to express these lyrics myself. Felt good to get some of that negative energy out, both through writing the lyrics, singing them, playing the guitar again and having the feeling of my band buddies backing me up.

At least for now I feel really good, but I'm aware that it could change any second.

I haven't skated in about a month due to busy work schedules and weather not cooperating. I should be able to skate this Sunday, and I'm really excited to go to the same old local park and fly around.

I was going to have to clean out my gutters and down spouts on Sunday, but decided to have a company come to my house, clean them out for me and install $1,000 worth of gutter guards so I never have to clean those sons of bitches ever again.

Also excited to have all of the sidewalk that touches the foundation of my house ripped out and re-poured in a few weeks. We've been getting a good deal of water coming into the basement during heavy rains, and have to run a dehumidifier 24/7 for a few weeks at a time.

Also need to get a backflow valve installed in our floor drain in the basement, which requires tearing out our old drain, installing the backflow valve, and re-pouring the cement.

Why am I excited about this? Because I have to keep my skate collection in the basement because it's climate controlled and the garage is not. Ex texted me and wanted to know if I was heading out today so she could come pick up a few things. I told her all of her stuff was hidden in various places. Think she'll take it pretty bad. Psh, fucking girls man. Codependent people bother me. Like girls that are roommates deciding they want to date guys that are roommates for example.

I saw two instances of this when I lived in Tallahassee. One chick liked one dude, so they ended up dating, then one of the other chick roommates hooks up with a roommate of the dude, and the third dude roommate is like 'which one is going to like meee', then hooks up with the third chick roommate. A few months later only the original pair is still together, because they're probably the only pair that really liked each other. Then they broke up anyway. Or how about my ex gf? I met her at and her roommate at a party and was flirting with both of them hard. They both seemed like they'd go out with me if i asked them for a #/date, so I just picked the one I was into a little more, and boom - super easy. Before we actually went on the date my roommate and I ran into them at the grocery store. And like 2 weeks after I started dating the girl, my roommate and the other girl start dating. After both of our relationships were over, those girls do the same thing with roommates that lived like 200 feet from my apartment, and now my ex gf's little sister is dating the other guy that lived there/hung out with them.
