I just saw it, and all I can say is that I feel so sorry for Ron Paul.

yeah that bit hella funny. he was all im gonna make a sex tape and then i saw ron paul!!! i was thinking in the cinema no fucking way lol!
Loved that fucking movie.
It was far more contrived than Borat, and felt less like a story and more like a bunch of stunts strung together with minimal narrative, but I still enjoyed it. For the most part though I was too busy being completely shocked to actually laugh.

what are you talking about it was the same storyline as borat
he has an assistant, loses funding for show, then goes on tangent adventure to get something else. assistant leaves him then comes back to him.

Borat was funny, but Bruno was way too chocked full of dicks and men kissing. I wouldnt call myself a homophobe but i dont exactly like watching 25 mins worth of men groping eachother in a 2 hour long film. And im a Ron Paul supporter

I would say it was less than 25 minutes. Did the screaming dick scare you?

his characters on the ali g show are much more funny than in his movies, but i still thought Borat was pretty solid 8)

I'm not really a fan of Sacha Baron Cohen, and didn't find Borat funny at all from what I seen on the Ali G Show, and all the clips on YouTube before the film came out, so I didn't see it. I wasn't really planning on going to see this one either but I ended up seeing it yesterday. It was fucking hilarious, probably the most I have laughed in a cinema in a long time.

baron cohen is a fucking genius. i can't imagine the commitment to an act to actually book interviews with real celebrities and politicians under an absurd ruse and maintain it for so long.
i think his humor turns people off because at the first impression is just shock humor, but if look past the dicks and absurdity, it's a pretty good social commentary.

I saw it yesterday and loved it!
So crazy!
In Borat, everytime they talked in a weird language, it was basically Hebrew with a funny accent which was hilarious.
Sacha FTW!

When the screaming dick appeared I dropped my coke, I hoped noone saw it so I just left it be.
Sasha holds the uncomfortable moments for soooo fucking long, I just wanted to cringe so many times through that film.

Watch The Office (UK). Better humor, best uncomfortable moments
