Any one know what will happen if you try to do dye the white Carbons? Im sick of having white boots but am not ready to fuck up a $400 pair of skates because I dont like white...Also, has anyone else tried yet? How does it turn out? Am I going to have to be the first idiot to do it?

i put a dab of red rit on the underside, where my soulplates sit, just to see if it would take well... it does. if you're sick of white you may as well go for it, just don't dye the whole boot OBVIOUSLY.

i also smeared black paint on the white, then wiped it away leaving paint only on the threading details. shit looked pretty ill.

your going to fuck it up because of when you heat the carbon it will bent and shit man dontt try. Ummm....once carbon fiber is heated up and set and cured, its stuck exactly how it is untill its shattered. You cannot in any way remold carbon fiber bud. Im worried about the "skin"

If you dip the entire skate you will have multi-colored socks.

If you wipe the dye on a few coats you may have a better result.

boil the dye
take a rag or sponge and brush it on
wipe off the excess
and bam, dyed safely

different strokes for different folks... color looks gaudy to me, and i hate 2pc. but props on the clean paintjob and colormatching, quality work right there.

lol at fruity ass elf shoes. The only place ive found Angelus leather paint is online. I couldnt find it at michales or any other craft store. Also ive found nothing else that works as good. Its cheap to, A couple of dollars for a bottle and 1 one bottle can do a lot of skates/shoes. The dual plates look bad i agree but i like skating them so whatever. I might kype the turqouise carbon souls when i get a chance.
