nimh vs remz sizing

i've been riding size 8 remz forever, and they are just a little too big. like if they made a size 8 shell it would be perfect, but the 9 makes em just a little floppy. size 7 is way too small though. i hear you are supposed to size down with nimhs, and that they are toe cut. would a size 7.5 be too small? anyone skated both a size 7 remz and nimh that can compare them? i wanna try somethin new but don't wanna fuck around tryin to find the right size.

If they are too small you can just cut the toe more.

word. i can fit in a size 7 remz but only for about five minutes before my toes are done. also the whole skate just seemed miniature. nimhs seem bigger all around, is this a fair assessment?
