I'm actually in the same boat. I've been switching between the Featherlights and the Slimlines, and I like the Slimelines much more. I skate em anti, though.

For a while I've complained that the large shells feel like boats. I wear a 9.5 in normal shoe sizes and footwraps, and skate a large shell.

Adjusted the shells to size 9. A little bit of toe hang...

Wish I didn't get Xsjados to learn on.

These large shells feel like I'm strapping aircraft carriers to my feet, the souls are slow on certain materials too.

Could these be used to size down a non-Light Valo WITHOUT a toe-cut? I'm a 9.5 in Xsjado footwraps, been playing around with the thought of getting some Valos and NOT have to cut into it.

It was a bit unnatural to stride with that setup at first.. If you didn't do it right you would just slide your skates on the ground haha. Definitely something different and fun though.

Tried this a few weeks ago with my Slimlines. 54mm Eulogies on the insides, rockered up SWS antis on the outsides.

I liked how responsive it was (compared to anti rocker) when it comes to turning....
