ask for the manager

person who answers says they are the manager (likely story)

i tell her what the fuck is up with my nuggs and the bite and shit

starts telling me its highly unlikely that anyone took a bite out of my nugget

i reply 'well its highly unlikely, but youre saying its possible'

she responds telling me 'all im saying is its highly unlikely that you got a nugget with a bite taken out of it'

and i keep trying to explain that in her telling me its unlikely is not telling me it didnt happen, just that it doesnt happen frequently. meaning it fuckin happened in mind.

keeps giving me attitude and is yelling at me. tells me if i want to come back shell replace the nugget.
