This certainly isn't the best resource but incase no one's looked into it you guys should start checking out lawyers who specialize in bicycle accident cases. If he makes it through this he's gonna need all the help he can get with medical bills if he doesn't have health insurance.

god i hate people. im in my car pretty much all day, and see people texting/ on phone and swerving off the road or into the other lane on a regular basis. there needs to be a better system for people to get their license. my 12 yr old cousin was killed last month because an rv ran a stop sign and collided with her grandfathers motorcycle.
