of 7 months in jail, 12 months house arrest, 1 year probation (not concurrent), and adjudication withheld (no Felony on record). If I lose, I get 3 years MMS DOC (minimum mandatory prison). I had 30 minutes to decide. I told them to go fuck themselves.
