if you took the SAT and i asked what you made you would tell me a score... its not that hard of a question to answer...

He might now know what you were talking about, because it sounds fucking weird/stupid to ask "what did you MAKE on it?"

Exactly. "What score did you get on that test?" makes more sense than "what did you make on that test?", because that question would only make sense if you were taking a Home Economics, Woodshop, Fabrication or Bartenders examination.

Basically, any exam that you would MAKE SOMETHING to pass.
orrrr... the fact he was talking about a BAR exam... and there has been other references in the post talking about being a lawyer... so me asking what did you make would only be really stupid if i said something like what kind of drink did you make...
