I am on spring break and for the first time in a month free to skate whenever I want. Of course, now that I can skate, none of my friends are able to do so. I'm going to have to go on a solo session and the two parks that I've narrowed it down to are Freestyle skatepark and Woodward at Grapevine Mall. I picked these two because it's kinda cold outside and the only other indoor park is Eisenbergs and that's too far away.
1. Freestyle: It's relatively close to my house (10-15 min drive). The entry fee is $10 for unlimited skating until they close at midnight. However, I can only skate for about 3 hours straight before I get tired or bored, even less if I'm skating by myself. I'm most likely going to be the only rollerblader there. However, the skateboarders there kinda know me and are pretty friendly.

2. Woodward: It's a 30-40 minute drive away. Costs $12 for two hours. I might meet some rollerbladers there, but they're most likely going to be young kids who are just learning how to skate. There's a 50/50 chance it will be packed to the brim with little kids. The advantage is that there is a slight chance i might meet somebody I know or have skated with before there, whereas there is nearly no chance of that happening at Freestyle.
