Hey guys don't make any plans yet. The skatepark owner is chesting us out and the comp at Taunton isn't going to happen. BFord is reworking it right now.

You usually can't just call up and ask for the date to be moved. You need to file a motion to continue. That motion would usually contain date and time of original hearing, what judge it's in front of, the reason you are asking for the continuance, and if you have gotten consent from the opposing side to continue the hearing.
