i know you guys needed this post and all, but is it really necessary to still have it? there are WAY too many stickies and the fact the board is more spread out than the old one means i cant even read any posts accept the stickies when i refresh a page. and you guys should know the problems by now. and this is just one more post in the way.

I bet it's already been mentioned, but can something be done about the apparently random need for mod approval of posts? I've noticed it happens to me only when I include a link (always to well-known, trusted sites). I understand blocking links to random sites, but you should have a whitelist to prevent legitimate link-containing posts from getting flagged. Even better (if the functionality is available), have a whitelists for trusted users who are known not to post spam links (which is the majority of be-mag) so they never have to wait for mod approval. There's nothing more annoying than spending time composing a relevant post only for it to require mod approval and only appearing when what was written is no longer relevant.

alot of times my posts won't show up and a message saying "thanks for posting, blah blah, you must wait for a moderator to approve your post"
then i can make a post in the same thread seconds later.

I bet you guys have noticed that there is alot more creativity in the Rollerblading industry other than filmers, editors and photographers. We got enough dudes making music, wouldnt it be a good idea to create a niche on this board for those guys? Apparently music drives our styles and therefor I believe there should be a music thread! I apologize if there is and I have just not seen it, if there is can someone point it out to me?
