I'd say you can't go wrong taking pictures of hot chicks or trendy rollerbladers doing 'creative' skate moves. Give that a shot and see where it takes you.
Honestly, moving to a European city where people rollerblade and hot chicks roam the streets sounds easier than actually getting good at photography.
