i like the lighting in nhrb's picture. you did a great job with only one flash

and the angle in rmx rocker is just crazy. what focal length was that?

if me then yeah i no, ive got another flash unit i just need another PW receiver

i was talking to Kola about it the other week, he was shooting a photo of chaz doing a mute transfer and was using at least 5 flashes. We where saying about how you become adicted to making sure everything is lit perfectly

i agreeded, because now with digital, there isnt really any excuse for you to not get the best photo you possibly can.

im starting to get used to thinking about lighting more, about what happens when the flash is there or a few feet left and the difference in photo

8mm, it's too wide, I was about an inch from the rail. I'm going to get the Canon 10-22 when I get back in the states.

I like the first one. both seem a little soft, probably from resizing. Do you sharpen at all after resizing them? Adding some contrast wouldn't hurt either.

One of mine from friday. Makes me realize how much i need a second flash.

1flash just doesnt cut it, it sucks how expensive taking good skating pictures is and how fucking rediclously annoying getting all the stuff to work right is. Anyways.......NHRB i was talking to RMX but I guess it does apply to you too.

for one flash, the over all lighting is pretty good althought his face is really dark and I would like to see him closer to the camera. other than that good job with one flash.

Thanks. Hopefully i will have another flash soon. I shot it in a burst and have a closer picture that would have been great if his front was lit. Oh well haha.
