Ross Kuhn, Distaster Torque to Fakie Out, Street Battle Seattle 7
First post on here. I can't seem to get good critiques.
well Mr. ErikAllas, I'm not very good at critiques but I do like your pictures. They're both pretty different but still pleasing to look at. I enjoy the black and white one more. Who the fuck does a disaster torque? haha.
Ross Kuhn is the truth. One of the most amazing skaters I've seen destroy the street in a long time. He's the recent winner of Street Battle Seattle 7. The first edit I've seen from last weekend:

You guys are going to have to check this kid out when the next Seattle Vid comes out. The rail is like 20ft out.

Sick photos Erik, especially for a comp. Comps are hard to shoot and you did a good job.
For the first one:
+nice angle
+great timing
-flare from the flash, turn your flash, move it back. It kinda bothers me.
The Ross Kuhn shot:
+another good angle, I would have liked to seen a non fisheye shot of this spot
The disaster:
- we aren't getting the scope of how far the disaster is, you describe it in your caption but maybe a different angle would have helped?
-little hot on the stairs and skater, turn your flash down a stop
The last shot:
+not a very exciting spot for a photo but your angle, lighting and timing make it look fucking sick
good stuff, keep posting...
chea, there is three more shots in my flickr

short picture story:
my friend bryan,
set out into a ghetto to discover as of yet unknown treasures. little did he know that after running into a crackhead, he would come across an amazing discovery that would change how he viewed the world.
or should i say, heard the world. for this magical device is not made for sight nor taste nor smell nor feel, but for sound. this polyphonic rocker now had the greatest musical instrument to have ever been concieved of man. reluctant at first to accept the responsibility of the device, this casio keyboard could after all decide the fate of the world, he soon began the unearth the mystical powers hidden within.
changing the world is tiresome and time consuming, so to stay refreshed, he needed nourishment of the utmost quality.
and this my friends is the result of this life changing day.
can it decide the fate of rollerblading?

nice pics, it looks like you guys made a potentially boring day into a good one.
Chris will remember this contest.
Randy Juarez Flatspin 540 attempt. BS got a good sequence of it on his site.

kick ass man. I was looking around keh.com and I realized that the rb67 is 6x7 (and i JUST now realized that i should have known that by the 67). Anyways, I am really looking for a cheap medium format in 6x6.Originally Posted by Kevinphan
