Only a small issue, but was just curious if it is common.

Got the new Red Stockwells, and went to adjust the back pad that is connected to the cuff. The adapter is connected to the inside cloth of the pad. When I went to take out the bolt, the adapter kept rotating inside of the pad, and finally ripped the cloth.

Has any1 else had this problem? I emailed the conference to get these replaced, because there is nothing more irritating that having a brand new pair of skates, especially Xsjados, where you can adjust them to your liking because of a malfunction.
