    I know you can tell a skateboarder by their bruised shins .

    I always have a bruised thigh from falling on the edge of a ledge or coping.

    Is this common/uncommon umong rollerbladers?

    my hips and butt cheeks from sliding out/missing the lock in = bruised to shit

    my hip, ass, thigh, shin/leg are all so bruised right now its awesome.

    my hip is so scraped right now. it happened about 2 days ago and that clear liquid is still coming out of it. not sure what to do, its really annoying

    I got a stress fracture in my hip once from slamming it repeatedly for weeks.

    the clear liquid is lymph fluid and its normal, its present in tissues and is a transport system for white blood cells and hormones

    just try to let as much air get to it as possible. and spray iodine on if it rips open again.

    totally skinned my knee a month ago and it kept splitting open for weeks, ruined a pair of trousers, shoes and a few pairs of socks cos of the blood, so annoying!

    If anything, my shins get smashed occasionally from hardspin tricks. Skate smarter, fall less, problem solved.

    I always fall on my hands, its a miracle my wrists havent snapped yet. But when I started doing rails (makios and souls) my hips would be trashed

    I fuck up my wrists too from always catching myself with my hands. The best remedy for that is to stop skating for a week or two when they start to get real bad and give them time to heal.

    Ive bruised both repeatedly by not resting.

    Inormally sleep on my side at night, cant sleep on my back because that hiurts so for the last few eeks Ive had to sleep on my face.

    Considering your brain shuts down your limbs when you sleep to stop you from acting out your dreams, Im scared Ill suffocate lying face down.

    i had one spot under my butt cheek i kept falling on last summer, got mad brusied, then in the fall i kept falling there again, turned into the nastiest pain in the ass hemotoma. finally it settled down and is now just a weird lump on my butt
