Iphone Blading
I absolutely fucking hate it. It is exactly what blading does not need. We are just moving back into an area where there is more money, more media coverage etc. Iphone blading is just dragging us back into the dark ages when videos were shit quality and there was no money. Film your edits on a decent camera, not a crappy piece of shit camera.

i will continue. and you will see this pop up in skateboarding, bmx, pogo sticking... its a niche, for quick edits. usually shot/edited/uploaded same day.
mobile uploads on youtube went up 400% after the release of the iphone3Gs
that's right its 7:00am on a saturday and i'm up. i don't sleep, i just chase people with my phone, edit it and put it up and respond to the shit talking, this is my life now.

I have been wondering what is going to happen with this project when better technology comes out or when steve jobs hears about people using the iPhone name.
The iPhone is not the most advanced phone or phone cam out there. I have a P906i and the iphone3g can't do half the shit this three year old phone can. Sony has been selling eight megapixel phones for three or so years. For the money invested in an apple product, people can get two GL1's on ebay and make better quality edits.

I'm pretty sure that people didn't buy their iphones just so they could make edits for some website...the most commonly used phone in america is the iphone. That's a pretty good reason to call it iphone blading.

Everyone else- I like it that kids who don't have cameras show the initiative to use their phone, but those who have cameras shouldn't be degrading this great sport. Put the love in.
