going from remz to nimh sizing advice

I am a 12 in remz. should i stay with the 12 in nihm or do you think i should size down. i am a size 13 in skateboard/athletic shoes but have no prolem fitting into a 12 remz. has anyone gone down a shell size but stayed with a larger liner. i'm also considering getting the 10-11 shell but using a 12 liner. perhaps i could do that and shave out some more of the toebox?

Yea my friend has size 12 remz and when I bought my nimhs I thought maybe an 11 would be good. They fit but they hurt after a little while.

Doing the downsize/toecut thing will probably depend more on the width of your feet than the length. If your feet are real wide 12, the 10-11 Nimh shell probably isn't going to be wide enough, in the front or the back. So, short answer, I can't say, you'd just have to try it.

Get the size 12 NIMHs. I used to skate size 12 Remz and now I skate the size 12 NIMHs and they fit me perfectly.
