No. Size 7 is a 6-7 shell.

Why in hell would you do this, the stock liner stretches to your toe cut.

its just that im concerned that the liner could also hurt my toes
or will a size 7 job just fine?

Size 8 fits. Thats how im riding mine now. May have to cut into the eyelets as well tho to get rid of pinching.

I was always under the impression that after a toecut, you use the liner you have in the skate.

After a session or 2, your feet will stretch the liner to fit about 1 size larger, making it "fake" 8.
