you don't have or know anyone with a bike you could borrow?

you could get there in 15-20 minutes and not be tired

1 to 1 and a half hours is what 5 miles usually takes me to walk.
How many skateboarders does it take to change a lightbulb? One, but it'll take him 100 tries.

If you're biking 20mph nonstop, you're definitely going to be tired.

if he took 20 minutes, he'd be doing 15mph which is far from hard for 5 miles assuming he's not jamming hills, getting hit with a head wind, or running into traffic.

if you fast walk (and look like a 46 year old suburban housewife who's 30 lbs overweight) then you could get there in an hour or slightly less. but if you walk regularly, then probably an hour and a half.

You have to be doing some serious power walking to keep up a 12 min/mile for 5 miles. With that kind of effort, you are better off just running (or in your case, jogging I guess).

i have to maintain 5:40 mile pace for a mile and a half and i feel like my lungs are literally going to implode and the only way to not asphyxiate is to dry heave until the unnatural convulsions replace the battery acid pumping through me with oxygen.
