Ck your claiming everything your saying is suppose to spark revolution against the current model that rollerblade companies have adapted and in some ways your right shit needs change to further longevity for "pro" carriers or the sport is finished. But you've bashed many skaters that are just doing there thing and helping to do their part to keep the scene alive. If you went about things in a more constructive way you might have accomplished something but instead you've burned every bridge you have and put a permanent black cloud over your credibility. Someday your going to want to come back to the scene, even if it just to go to a sweat comp, or roll around at the opening of new park or whatever and your not going to be welcomed. Stop posting your bullshit in be-mag it makes you look so fucking unproffesional. If you care so much, try and make a rolerbladers union that demands fair wages and boycotts companies that don't comply. Don't wish paralysis on someone who use to be your boy

cks on a whole separate level of consciousness. tripping too often maybe

i think it's funny and ironic that ck wants to be the savior of the pro rollerblader lifestyle. by making all of the industry politics and pay scales completely public imo he totally discourages anyone from picking up skating. if i was a 12 year old now, i definitely wouldn't aspire to be a pro rollerblader if the first post on the most popular messageboard publicly says that pros live like slaves.

that is the point. why would you want kids to not know the company owners treat "pro" skaters like slaves?

if kids know that, they might rethink buying the skates. in an ideal situation, the companies in turn start paying their riders properly or the sales continue to drop.

no i just meant it is a vicious cycle - he is actively destroying rollerblading by 'saving' it. and obviously wages aren't going to rise if sales continue to fall. but yeah he claims to be trying to help the 'next generation' .. there will be no next generation ..
