Yes there is no right click button. However you have the capability of using a mouse that can have a right-click button. In the case where you use your trackpad on the go, you of course do have the options of setting up your trackpad differently, some of which you mentioned. This also includes regional clicking (i.e. click right side=right click). It may not be entirely suitable to your needs fine...but it is far from making or breaking a computer.
