I <3 that trick, but I can only do it on ledges.

Unless you did some switch up that kept the rotation going, I think that would look pretty ugly.

Thats the battle, its terribly hard to pull legitly. And for the record using a switchup as a crutch to make a trick sick erases all created sickness from the get go. Rewinding out would be my preference.

all i'm thinking about is Vinny's true soyale on a pretty big rail.
i dunno if it was hyphy 3 or a be-mag video or a salomon video or what it was, but i remember the trick clearly and it was soooo sick & perfect.

I don't see it as a crutch as much as I see it as the latter half of the trick. I very much enjoy fluid body motion.

My point being that truspin soyale can be pulled fluidly. If you can't make it happen sans switch-up then get fucked charles cause I don't want yerr goofy bullshit. Master the mastering at hand, before embarking upon new mastery. Or do whatever you want, i'm mostly kidding.

a few years ago i hurt my ankle pretty badly learning true soyales. it's kinda hard to spin one direction and slam your soul foot back another direction. i think its because when i do them one way i do it like a true soul and torque my other foot, so the weight is on the soul foot. when i do it the other way i do it like true royale but wrench my soul foot so i can lock the heal down. the weight is on the backslide foot and it keeps the spin kinda going, so it's more stretch for your ankle ligaments.

    moral: stretch your ankles. always.

Omar Wysong does a sick one in Amatuer on a steep rail. I don't think white people are very good at this trick.
