Honest mistake.
Ehhhh it was alright last night, its entertaining, hopefully the next season will be a little more exciting. the ending last night i wasnt in love with, but ive seen worse shows, like the event.
I liked every episode besides last nights season finale
The first few episodes were awesome, but the one that ends with the door to the lab opening was soooo slow. I haven't seen last nights yet, I'll ch-ch-ch-check it out though.
The comics are great BTW.
The first episode was so damn awesome it kind of brought the others down. It seemed like they didnt spend nearly as much time making the others. Overall good show though just not as good as it should have been.
zombies tv show is genious though.

In the context of the overall story this episode will amount to nothing more than "filler", as like you pointed out, LOST. The only thing of importance that came of this episode wasn't even given to the audience, but implied if you already know the story: Lori is pregnant, or that everyone is infected already.
Edit: I'm trying to articulate what's bugging me, but I just can't do it. I don't feel any tension during the episodes; no threat. There's something with the pacing too. Things have escalated too fast. There's so little conflict between the group members, and way too many large scale external events that can kill the entire cast. The Walking Dead is a character drama, something LOST tried to be, but wasn't. It's not about finding answers to questions, but how these people are going to live in a world without rules. I'm going into season 2 optimistic since there will be 12 episodes, so hopefully more time can be spent with realistic feeling group tension, instead of zombies and explosions.
There's a reason this is jokingly called "The Talking Dead".

Yea the season finale was totally whack. I had a bad ass zombie dream last night though to make up for it. So scary and creepy, I ended up getting bit then jumping off a building to save my friends from me eating them though, that part sucked. :X
RIP
Personally, I need more explosions and zombies. Those don't exist in my life, so I find them interesting and fun.
Character issues and human conflict is all over my life, and I don't look to AMC for the answers. Overall though
I am enjoying the show and will continue till the end. I am glad I haven't read the comic, because friends who have
already stopped watching.
Seriously though, what the fuck ever happened to Merle? I was ready for him to pop out of the bushes and beat someone with his stump the entire last 2 episodes.
RIP
Trollin
Finale was on par with a Syfy original movie. Whole series was shit though.
The finale should have been 2 hours. That would have been enough time to answer some questions like...What happened to the father & son from the 1st episode or where in the world is Merle? But I wasn't really feeling the ending at all. I expect season 2 to make up for a rushed ending.
