I really liked it when I saw it BCSD weekend. It's definitely a step in the right direction with getting back on TV.

The problem using Arlo is he was the voice of the ASA. A voice people will remember when they see rollerblading. A voice of the 90's. The last thing rolling needs right now is something directly tying our sport to the corporate rip-off days. Much respect for arlo but he took the cash when others said no.


It won't work if he is the voice.

My thing with arlo is, hes not entertaining to listen to and generally gets long winded and boring. i enjoyed him in barely dead, but him doing play by play and commentating a contest or Tv show based on WRS events does not seem like something i see being beneficial for the show or our sport. I loved him in barely dead because i skate, but non skaters could care less about that stuff. Ill hold off judgement, but my expectations r not high for matt micky and arlo talking over a 30 min show.
