The framework files weren't even included, unless they are in a completely different directory. Installed .NEt framework using the MS website to no avail.
Now it the program shuts down before it even starts. I am going to try to re download it and see what happens.
Edit: User forgot to include .NET files in v1.0.2. I haven't tried XNA yet so I'll look into that when I get back from fishing.
