    Default Nerve Damage??

So i was wearing some really tight liners and my foot fell asleep like usual but this time i took them off and my foot has felt partially asleep/numb for the past two days now. Not sure if the liner push on a nerve in my ankle or something but it for sure happened after i skated the skates for the first time. Anyone ever had this problem?

This may sound weird, but have you fallen on your back recently? I pinched a nerve in my back and my whole leg went numb for 2 months.

I love kids. They're short, highly emotional people who don't know anything. They rely on their creativity and imagination to get by in the world. A world, I might add, filled with giants. Amazing feat.

Yeah, I fell on my wrist last year while skating, and the next day my pinky was numb. It's still numb.

Put your foot in ice water for as long as you can take. Shock it back to life.

It definitely isnt a pinched nerve in my back but i was researching and it could be an inflamed nerve in my foot. Hopefully it goes away because it feels straight awkward

Try doing some stretching to see if that "releases" anything. You could try a hot/cold foot bath too.

I have the same thing right now. Its your skates/liners irritating a nerve to the point where it becomes inflamed. Ive got an inflamed peroneus tertius. My doctor said is one of the most common nerves to irritate when ice skating, snowboarding, skiing etc.

Makes 2 of my toes fall asleep whenever I just tap my fingers along the nerve. Strange stuff

Damn where the pink is on the medial plantar nerve is exactly where my foot is numb. Must be that because it exactly lays out the numbness

Kick a cement block as hard as you can barefooted. That should solve the issue. Trust me, i'm a docter.

Have you grown or become one of these?

Apparently this is the cause of a majority of skating injuries.
