    I have a H20 smoker that opens from the front, today I have beef sausage, four chicken quarters, two beef oven roasts, and four cornish gamehen. I plan on smoking them for 8 to 10 hours starting now.

    It should be pretty good.

    Does anyone else cook here?

    Ramens like erryday then?

    I will keep the meat moist with a beer, vinegar, and coffee spray...

    Then before I turn the meat over I will hit it with some brownsugar spicry crazy dry rub to seal in the juices.

    I started making my own hot sauces lately and have been experimenting with smoking the chilis beforehand. I think it adds a whole new depth of flavor and bitches love that.

    Six pepper blend spice, brown sugar, ground cumin seeds, ground coriander seeds, ground red chili seeds and black pepper for a dry rub.

    i cook, but I've never used a smoker. Sounds like it would be awesome.

    It is hard to mess up, most H2O smokers look like R2D2, but mine opens up from the front.

    The idea is to cook the meat over low heat above water so it steams the meat, thus not drying it out...

    my parents used to do it a bunch when I was little, it takes all day but tastes delicious
