CH1 souls on TRS boot

I saw it on a pair of skates on SkateSetup.com...

Anyone here ever done this? Know the logistics of it? I might just wing it but I figured I'd ask first.

It's a bitch. You basically have to cut the entire front of the shell so that there are no side walls and the skin is not thick enough to hold your foot in place.

OK thanks... I actually have a boot that is cut down like that (I didn't do it, it came in a trade) so I might just try em on there and see. Thanks.

Definitely give it a try then. Those souls are cheap enough now. ($5 on erolling.com)
Just use some screws to hold the souls to the boot or you will get some flop for sure.
I did this with the 3 piece souls and it was cool until I realized my foot was shifting.
