Foot too far from soul / floor. If only k2 made these and didnt have 2 soulplates on top of each other, or just made the souls replaceable like the 250s.. nothing beats the old k2 souls with the white juicey bits on them. SORT IT OUT k2!!

I thought the soul plate was the problem with Varsitys?
It was a huge problem, until they took away that problem with the next model. So not having the soul plate is the big problem.

Size 7.0 boots with size 7.0 plates. People at K2 didn't even realize they had replacement Varsity soul-plates available.... Bossman had to talk to the parts manager to get the low low. Pretty ridiculous but at least we'll have replacement souls finally..

The fatty Pros with varsity soul plates are better because they improved by not having the varsity soul plates to begin with but are better when you put on the varsity soul plates.
I'm mean I'm a huge K2 fan. I'm just wondering if this mod makes the skates just a bit better or if it makes them blow most other skates out of the water?

Because I know that an 11 Fatty Pro boot won't fit an 11 Varsity plate, I don't even care about what is going on in this thread.
Still working on my King 55s, heat molded them a few days ago and am prepping them for a black Rhino Lining-like application in certain places.

K2.. the only company that can get it so right and so wrong at the same time.
The skates would be better if they had the soulplates on there, but the other skates that are the same that had the soul plates on there would be better if they didn't have the soul plates on there. So make a skate that has a soul plate that wouldn't have soul plates for soul plate because soul plates make it better only if the soul plates didn't make it worse.
Just post the Xhibit cartoon already.
