    Default Any divers ?

Whats good, I recently got re certified for diving, from 10 years ago, and I was looking into purchasing some equipment, I see that leisure pro has some good prices on scuba package, but any input or consideration with brands, whats good whats bad for bcds, regulators, octo's?

I recently got re-certified as a muff diver. I have a 6-inch tongue and can breathe through my ears

I love kids. They're short, highly emotional people who don't know anything. They rely on their creativity and imagination to get by in the world. A world, I might add, filled with giants. Amazing feat.

    Recently got these fins http://www.scubapro.com/americas/eng...s/seawing-nova
And I got this mask last year http://www.oceanicworldwide.com/p_masks_shadow.html
    Both have served me well.

Pretty much anything you find in a legitimate dive shop is going to be good. Dive companies don't have the privelege of practicing planned obsolescence because then people would die.

My Sherwood regulator lasted 15 years (hand me down) before I more or less quit. I had a Scubapro BC that was champ but I really like US Divers offering in that department and for fins as well. You should remember that fit is of the utmost importance, especially for a mask. I got Nitrox certified 2 weeks after I turned 17. The last time I dove I was 21. 9 years ago means I need a lot more than a refresher course.

Too bad you live in Jamaica. Craigslist is the shit for dive equipment.

Do you travel enough by car/boat that you would use diving equipment that wouldn't already come with a dive you do through a PADI place at whatever destination you will be diving? I can't imagine there is much to dive near NYC

Anyway diving is fun. Fly to Saba and see what's up....

Just bought an Aeris EX200 BCD and Oceanic Alpha SP5 regs from Leisure Pro, really good equipment actually and cheap.

I have the same mask! I own three sets of reg/octos but two of them leak air and I don't trust the third, so I rent my main equipment when I dive.

How the hell did you get certified when you were tested on a dude? That would make you some type of cerified salad tosser?

Dude, repair shop. Could be something as simple as some o-rings.
