    I'm presenting this info plus some other info I've researched on customer accounts to upper management today...I am furious that they haven't made this information available to employees and they have (as far as I know) no plan to fix the "glitch" in the system. Did I mention they started paying their employees considerably less around the same time these phantom data charges appeared? Record profits + Lower paid employees - bullshit charges = one giant evil corporation that I will be leaving asap! Enjoy.

    My favorite part was when I got a bill in the mail for about $100 less than normal a few months ago.

    I called customer service to see what was going on with my bill. I spoke to a cust. service rep and two supervisors. They all said that my bill was correct and that I only owed what the bill stated. I told them I was going to call back and raise hell if the next bill came in and was huge. They assured me that it would not.

    The next month, my bill was over 2x the normal amount, including a late fee. I called customer service again and spoke to 2 service reps and 3 supervisors after getting hung up on. One of the reps, an old lady, had the fucking balls to tell me that I should have set some money aside just in case if it was a problem.

    I told her "It isn't any of your fucking business what I do with my money, especially after speaking to several supervisors in both the wireless and U-verse departments who said that my bill was 100% accurate and that an overpayment was not necessary."

    I ended up getting the late fees waived, a shit load of free On-demand movies and an apology from a supervisor. I was told that several thousand customers had experienced the same issue.

    My plan ends soon, and I am switching to Verizon. I'm keeping my U-verse because they just gave me a butt load of movie channels for free for 3 months, but fuck AT&T cell reception.

    I love kids. They're short, highly emotional people who don't know anything. They rely on their creativity and imagination to get by in the world. A world, I might add, filled with giants. Amazing feat.

    i'm a victim. just call them every other month and bitch about the service. they usually always end up halfing by balance.

    Yeah I'm pretty much done with working for a wireless carrier, but people won't give up their cell phones if money gets tight so I have job security.

    My plan is up in 2 weeks with ATT, but I am really trying to wait to get the iPhone 5.... til I sign a new contract (looking toward Verizon).

    I've been with t-mobile since 2003, no issues, and I've probably had one or two dropped calls ever, not sure if that was from my end or not

    Literally from launch day till I moved to Canada, I was with them. No issues at all.

    As for usage charges, you gotta pay to play. If AT&T wants to talk to your phone in the middle of the night, then that is your problem. Get a brick phone.

    Im boost mobile unlimited. Its not as good as nextel (im iden) but the bill is half as much. I use the chirp to talk to my wife in Peru. Its $10/month unlimited chirping to Peru! Im $55 a month. My one thing is in some areas in nyc, I drop calls (more than I did on ATT). The if your not in a service range (which happens) its literally cause its a small iden network and thats a trade off I have to take for chirping internationally.

    i have at&t, but i don't even have texting, i always get GREAT reception, even in the middle of no where, where my parents live. my friend had the same problem with a bill of his a few months back, but they never charged him for a late fee or that month ever!

    sure fucking glad i don't have an iphone though after videos like that!

    AT&T always seemed shady. I had T-Mobile for a few years and I was really impressed with them. I moved to Vermont for school, and was constantly roaming for a year and a half on another network FOR FREE. Towards the end of my contract they contacted me and POLITELY asked me to terminate my services with them if I was planning on living outside of their service area.

    So I switched, my parents added me so they could get a family plan with Verizon, and I haven't had to worry about anything ever since.

    ATT is complete shit. Worst fucking coverage in San Diego with shit customer service and some shady practices. Moving over to Tmobile this week. I will not be a happy panda if the merger goes through.

    somebody I work with told my boss some of the shit I put on facebook so I had to take it down in fear of losing my job. Called in today to put in some more applications. Fuck a fuckin duck in the butt. And I did present this shit to my area manager today but I somehow doubt anything will happen out of it. FID
