the docomo version has:
1.2gig dual core chip
1gig ram
supports UTMS network (4G)
download speed 7.5mb/s on cell network
bigger brighter screen than iPhone
1seg television, yes this phone receives TV broadcasts
links with the users Gmail automatically
it allows the user to turn of all the tracking crap

and best of all it is on the best network in japan. Fuck softbank.

I must say that the iPhone is one of the greatest all around devices that I have ever used and I am by no means and Apple person, nor will I ever own anything from them other than this and an iPod. I feel that as a company, they have made the iPhone a celebrity within it's own genre while other companies are 1up'ing as hard as they can, with success I will admit. But I feel that there is no familiarity in the droid/htc/samsung whatever brands. I look at it the same way that I do Blackberry, I cannot tell you which model name/number is the best or most advanced, could be me just being ignorant. Yeah, I miss some of the fun things I could do with a more open sourced phone, but those things don't matter to me. My needs are most met with this phone and the interface is an absolute dream. Funny, I try not to say things like that too often because I hate the moments that I come off as a fanboy. Now if you will excuse me, I have to bring my company iPhone into work for a fresh warranty replacement, just before the one year mark baby!! haha.

supports UTMS network (4G)that isn't available all over Japan anyways
download speed 7.5mb/s on cell network on paper but was no faster than my Iphone in the same location
