    Default suggestions?

so it was just my birthday and im thinking about getting new skates...

i've been using remz for the past year and my only complaints are the lack of support and that my ankles hurt like hell after i skate them..
i wear a 9 remz and my foot is 10in on the dot. i am also pretty flat footed.
what would you guys recommend out of the following?

i was thinking about broskows(if they dont release another model before i make my purchase) with the toe cut and size 9 trust liners

    icon 2s
    or possibly carbons

Carbons. Why you ask? Best skates ever. That's why.

xsjados interest me. my only problem with them is that i might not be able to fit the small shell. i tried the large shell for a few minutes and they just felt way way too big and awkward and no one around here skates them so i can't try them on (nowhere near a shop)

If you are a 9 in remz you should be able to fit in the small shell xsjados. A 9.5 footwrap fits in the small shell, you can even get a 10 in there is you don't mind your toes handing a little bit out of the shell, the cuff does move slightly past the last setting on the shell. I'd rather have my toes out of the shell a little bit than skate the large shell, haha.

i really dig jc's xsjado setup. if the frames ever come out i think that's what i'd go with for a xsjado setup..

but yeah xsjado's or valo's are my main choices.. i just have nowhere near her to go to try them on

Carbons man. They really are the best skates ever. They live up to the hype to me.

I would get Carbons because you're going to be so interested in them or Broskows because you'll see how cool they look when Broskow skates them. Icon's are probably the best skate but they aren't going to keep your interest! With a 10" foot I know you can size down, though, and that would be the best thing to make skating better. I'm about 10.5" (where it counts) and I'm small for a 9. A size 8 TRS fits me just a tiny bit too snug.

i never tried measuring my feet before, that was interesting.... mine is 9 5/8" and i wear a size 7 in every skate, although my carbons definitely fit smaller than most.

my only complaints are the lack of support and that my ankles hurt like hell after i skate them..
i wouldn't recommend you get carbons then, they have a cuff that offers less support than a cuffless remz

but remz lean out in a way that hurt your ankles
    carbons dont do that
    theyre centered
