I really like it. But then again I've always been a battlefield fan.
Its not as good as it was hyped up to be. The graphics are not that much better than bad company 2, the campaign seems like a storyline that has been done before and is kinda boring, and the servers have been choppy but they are working on those. Its not awful but i was disappointed.
Its fun as fuck.

it's amazing. the PC version is the real version of course, they said the graphics for console would never look as good as even a decent gaming pc with graphics turned down. but it's fun as hell.
BF3>COD.
Even though all my friends will get MW3, I'm sticking with BF.
So happy there is no killstreak bullshit and they didn't change their style to compete with COD.

i've gotten accustomed to bf3 and i actually like it more than I like cod.
i played black ops with my friend and was frustrated that I couldn't blow up walls with my rpg.
just wish there were more modes. hardcore servers suck, it takes just about the same amount of bullets to kill someone.
and yea fuck killstreaks that shit is fucking gay.
I liked playing rush because of the vehicles but I play a lot of TDM now...

bf isnt really all it was hyped up to be.... the pc version I'm sure is good but console versions blow. COD is going to trump it out in every single way.

Fucking this. Ruined the game for me. I live in the southwest and even at high noon on the brightest of days the sun is no where near that bright. I can't tell how many times I've died because of the sun.
The game plays awesome though if it weren't for the fact that we're apparently playing on the surface of the sun.

really? no? haha You're very dilutional if you think it wont. COD not only will out sell that garbage 3:1 but will have triple the players on it. BF campaign (which I just finished today) was short, super glitchy and laggy, and was like watching a bad movie. (In the sense that it trys to throw a plot twist in at the end even though it gives you all the info throughout the game so the twist is known before the end) The online portion of the game, the servers are just as garb when it comes to glitching and lag, the graphics are in no improvement over bad company 2 (not saying MW3 is either because it is almost identical to MW2..except the added texturing, increased frame rate, and larger maps) COD sticks it to BF in almost every way. Although BF is more realistic warfare I will say that. Also I dont care for the dozen killstreaks in COD either. So sry but COD>BF.
In no way am I saying dont go get BF. But maybe wait until pricedrop... I will say go pick up COD because you wont be disappointed.
Edit: Oh and not to mention that the servers are constantly shutdown and back up and running.

You are saying that from the perspective of a twitch gamer. (one who prefers games to measure their fast reaction time as opposed to gamers who like strategy, team work, communication on a mass scale. I liken B3 more to combat sims like ARMA II and Operation Flash Point. This is what battlefield offers and shines at. MW does not encourage team play in the actual sense. While I think they nailed the cinematic experience in single player (They've had an excellent history of doing this since game one.) I don't like the multiplayer, I'm not into lone wolfing it. Thinking the reason why its so popular is because it doesn't require the player to invest as much thought in getting from point A to B, just how high your frag count is. Mine as well just play Unreal Tournament or any of Epic's games for that matter.
oh yeah, B3 single player is shit, but who the fuck buys a Battlefield title for single player...
Servers are meh, but getting better. The PC version is the best version, and it is a lot more rewarding playing with a group of friends that you already know.
