Default Dre Powell 2 - Hurt Feet?

    What's up everybody.

I bought a Razors Dre Powell 2 and it's hurting my feet as fuck. Anyone with the same problem? Did Razors forget to test this?

Any suggestion to solve the problem?

    Thanks...Peace.

i never had any problems with my dre2's from the moment i took them out of the box. the only 2 times i had problems with my feet hurting was when i skated them recently with different socks than the pair i usually use. I got some amall socks in my stocking since i have 1 pair of long socks that i bought for skating out of my collection of ankle socks. the pair i have are very plush and snug compared to the amall socks which were thinner and looser. i thought it wouldn't matter cause socks are socks right? wrong. my feet were cramped so bad the first session in those amall socks, so i was like wtf. second session in amall socks, i notice that my feet are sliding around more in the liner, so i choke up the liner string. in my effort to adjust the fitment, i ended up bruising the outside edge of my left and right foot. took about a week for them to go away. the session following those 2, i went back to my other socks. skated for 3 1/2 hours with no foot pain. just slid my foot in, lightly tugged the liner string, buckled up and seshed. get some thick form fitting socks so your foot doesn't move and slide around. just sharing my experience and .02.

Yeah they hurt the top of my foot, the top of the shell extends over the top of your foot farther than on the non-skinned SLs, and the liner bunches up in a weird way, I just ordered Blacksox so hopefully its just the stock liners.

You have to put the tongue in a perfect position.. (that's what she said)

anywayss.. wear multiple socks and see if it stops hurting..that's what i did.

Did anyone figure out how to make them less painful to skate in?

I can't believe how much these hurt. I'd expect more after spending $300. I really hope these other liners help...

For me, same story, the liners sucked for one session but since breaking them in they're great. Come to think about it, my powells are the only blades/liners I've skated without the slightest bit of long-term discomfort, something I'm surprised at.
