Adobe Premiere: Using 60P and 30P footage in the same project.

I'm working on an edit that has both 60p and 30p clips. I started a new project where the timeline was setup for the 60p clips/dimensions.

For the 30p clips used in the project I made their dimensions fit the 60p clips.

It plays fine but when I exported it using Premiere's default settings for HD Vimeo playback, when uploaded, it doesn't play in HD. Any tips on the best to way to work on a project with both quality clips and get it exported to HD?

Would I have to convert the 60p clips to 30p clips or the other way around?

This has nothing to do with the framerates. You just exceeded your weekly limit on Vimeo. You can upload 1 HD movie a week, other ones won't be in HD.

On a related note, is simply resizing the 30p clips to match the 60p dimensions the best way to go about using both types of footage?

I believe in Premiere it doesn't matter in the slightest bit...

its easier for your 60p clips to go to 30p than 30p to 60p. If you think about it you're trying to add frames that do not exist right now.

change your timeline to 30p and convert your 60p files to 30p. they will be in slow motion just double their speed in post.
