    So fast. I read about this proposed bowlsession / eating Dan's food and it makes me sad to be an ocean away.

    I've been riding anti with 76mm wheels for a while, and it works fine, especially for bowl/park. The thought of breaking my ankles on a gap didn't cross my mind. The biggest gap I did on that setup was a big 12 stair. I didn't land it, but landing on the wheels was easy. I just fell forward after landing.

    Of course your advice above is correct, but your hardware makes a difference in the same way that:

    soulplate+speed=grinding

    We all use modern soul plates because its better/faster/easier/more fun etc.

    So of course a good set-up makes bowl riding faster, requires less pumping to build speed, prevents slipping out etc.
