    yes.

size large CO's + 58mm UC wheels did not work they were rubbing against the UFS bolts (USD carbon bolts which are thick, with slimmer bolts they should be fine)
    so I'm guessing 60mm won't work

Odd testimony. I have been riding 59mm UCs just fine in my size small COs. I have to Dremil the from mount stays a bit to fit 60mm Face wheels.

57 should work flat. Don't quote me on this tho, I haven't had a flat setup since I had King55's.

yeah I had a hard time with that too when they were new
tip for the future- put middle wheels in first, and then outer wheels

and just to clarify, it was the inner wheels that was rubbing on my CO's from what I remember

Worst thing ever. Had to smash mine against the ground and then use an allen key to get them to line up.

I'm using 59s flat on small creates and the only issue I had was the first & second wheel would rub the bolt cuz I had a washer on it. my buddy has 59s in larges and his outer wheels wouldnt roll without small bolt heads.

i even did it this way and it was still rough. i think it's a combination of the frame being a tight fit and the holes the frame spacers go into being super tight. hopefully after skating a bit it'll loosen up. even putting in new inserts on glossy photo paper a had to jam the shields into place properly.
all in all i'd rather have a snug frame that something very loose that rattles and all that bullshit

spent about 45 minutes today working the 60mm's into the frame, worked out perfect when i used small head frame bolts. sweet

Those are the 60mms I used. I had the shave the middle.

I think we all have to keep in account that there are 3 revisions of the frames now and I bet they are all slightly different thicknesses in spots.

yea these are the 3rd version i believe, i only had to take material off of the frame mounts cause the middle wheels were touching. besides that they fit in very nicely. also, i think someone mentioned this here before, but are the middle wheels slightly rockered down? cause when i was testing them out they felt like a Full rocker setup, snappy turns like what.

No. They should be perfectly flat. V1 and V2 were rockered up so that there was no point in skating them flat. They just felt like anti.
I used to take the clear shields, cut them up and stick them between the frame and the soul plate above the h-block to make them bow down and be flat. Worked great. Maybe you could do the opposite if you're having trouble with the hockey feel.

You guys got any thoughts to give some one trying flat for the first time on CO frames and what sort of bearings do you run

I personally don't care much about bearing. If I was going to put together a flat setup with CO's I'd most likely go with a 56mm wheel because I am old.
