BroShow Carbons DONE

I'm really straying from my usual design here.
These have a stock Remz cuff that is cut down about half an inch. Salomon Thompson liners.
I couldn't get the kind of heel lock I wanted out of the 4 lace stays so I added an instep strap under the skin but no strap on the cuff. The strap on the BroShow skin seems to offer plenty of support.
The stock tongue was far too thick so I took the tongue from the USD Carbon 1s and stripped all of the padding out. It's just the leather now. It has 2 holes at the front of the tongue laced through to keep it in place rather than sewing it onto the skin.
I know you all hate the blue-ish frames but it's what I have around and it matches the USD emblem on the tongue nicely. If I had white frames they would be on here!

nice work, i'd love to see some detail photos of the skates apart, mostly of the skins and modifcations you made.

I'm going to be doing a tutorial on this soon. I used a size 6 skin on a size 7 shell.

frames are'nt that bad, they fit surprisingly well. as i said i like the setup, broskow skins are so nice.
i tried to put my new alphas on carbon shells, but didn't get it as tight as yours. today i removed them again.
looking forward to the how-to you mentioned..

Thinking about it actually. I skated them tonight and they were flawless but I like my black ninja boots more.
