FUCK. I just threw some out last month. It would probably have been way too big though.

i guess you could always shave it down a lot. if i was going to do it i'd get a bigger one then cut to the size i want.
Link me.
post it. everyone knows that the toe area of carbons is one of their biggest flaws. hating on a solution is dumb.
Alright, I'm really considering putting VII souls on my Carbon 3's. I love the Carbon souls, but I am growing weary of the tiny groove.
My blades are size 43 (US10), so I'm right on the cusp of the small and medium VII souls. I know I would need to mod the smalls to fit my boot, but will I also need to mod if I use medium souls? Will the mediums hang over too much?
It should also be noted that I am currently using size large Creates, but will be riding size small CRS whenever they get mailed to me in October.
Go with mediums. You will still need to shave them because the souls are too narrow in the heel area.

They fit like shit on mY carbon 2 boot.....theough the groove is fucking nice.
Too much space at the front and back where you can actually see the rough side of the plate.
Also the BS groove part that is raised fits to snaug and needs shaving.
There is something wrong when you can make USD VII souls fit on ten year old Salomons better than a two year old USD boot.
It's called evolution.
^ No, I didn't forget the letter "r" in any of that...
Hmm, the remz toe cap idea has me thinking
I rock a size 11 carbon. Is the large 7 she'll my only option? I can ride a 10.5 if that makes any difference at all. Also, how are you shaving the soles down? I have an electric sander, will that work?
