Haha, I lived in IV for four years. I'm 99% sure the drunk guy talking about Scarred is a bum called Calms. Be could hand-stand on a skateboard, smoke a cigarette with his missing eye-hole, and busted into our living room when we were blazing on three separate occasions.

I couldn't skate there, too many college girls, too many hang overs, prime surf spots everywhere.
